The Best Of Sihanoukville Full Day Private Tour

With pickup from your Hotel or the Cruise Ship Port the first stop is the Fishing Village of Tumnuk Rolok right on the edge of the city. If you have Seafood for lunch, it was probably landed here. Most fisherman here still use wooden boats, from small crabbers to quite large trawlers. After that we drive to Kbal Chhay Waterfall. Set amongst the trees at the confluence of two rivers there are many drops here. From there you head off for a boat trip through the Mangrove Forest with its unique ecosystem. Then to the picturesque Prince Island, accessible from the mainland by a footbridge. The next stop is the Statue of the Dragon Princess and Mortal Man which celebrates early Khmer history. At 21 metres high this is the largest copper statue in Cambodia, and has a prominent position overlooking the mountain and the sea. Heading back towards the city we stop at Phsar Leu, the main market in Sihanoukville. This is a working market, many locals do their daily shopping here and you can find anything you might want, from souvenirs to mangoes, or a haircut.

With a stop for lunch, you can eat either near the market at Sandan Restaurant or on the beach at the Sokha Hotel.

Refreshed and ready to go we are off to Wat Krom Pagoda, this is the main Wat in the city and is noted for its statues. Next we will visit the Monkeys (Macaques) along the road to Independence Beach. They are wild, but quite habituated to people and will happily steal your food.

And finally, you will be returned to your Hotel or the Cruise Ship Pier.
