Stung Treng, Bicycling and Kayaking, Silk Weaving, Full Day private Tour

After pickup from your accommodation we will start cycling along the Sekong river where we will visit with local families making noodles by hand, the same way our ancestors did.

Then to Mekong Blue, where the Stung Treng Women’s Development Center works to help poor women and children by teaching them traditional Silk Weaving.

After kayaking across the Sekong River we meet ethnic Lao villagers who make Kralan, Bamboo Sticky Rice. We will watch them cook this popular travel snack packed in bamboo. Filled with sticky rice, coconut, coconut milk, salt, and beans, it is then grilled to perfection. Delicious.

We finish our trip back to town to see the sunset. We will watch it from the comfort of our kayak floating in the river. Then you will be returned to your accommodation.
