Full Day Tour of Banteay Srei Temple

Your guide will pick you up from your hotel or guesthouse and it's off for a full day of temples, starting at the well preserved 10th century Hindu Temple of Pre Rup. Following on to what many consider to be the finest Khmer carvings at Banteay Srei. The Temple was partially restored during the 1930's using the original stone wherever possible. Here we will have a delicious Khmer lunch, and take a brief break.

After that is the unusual Temple of Neak Pean. Four connected pools representing Water, Earth, Fire and Wind are arranged around a central pond with an artificial island in the center on which sits a small Hindu Temple. Finally to Preah Khan, which is mostly unrestored. This interesting complex is surrounded by a moat with entrances from the cardinal directions across causeways surmounted by Nagas. The area comprises 56 hectares of works. Afterwards your guide will return you to your hotel or guesthouse.
