Neak Buos Temple
With construction beginning in the 7th century and the last additions being built in the 13th century, Neak Buos was an important site for hundreds of years. This is quite a large complex, encompassing many temples, shrines, pavilions, entranceways, and a hospital. Originally built as a Brahmin temple, it changed with the times and became a Buddhist site. Most of its buildings in brick, laterite, and sandstone lie in ruins, but there is still much to see here. It is very much off the beaten track, and not often visited.
