Bousra Waterfall, Coffee Plantation, And The Sea of Forest, Full Day Private Tour

After picking you up from your guest house we go to the Bunong Indigenous Village. Meeting the villagers, you will learn about their houses and way of life. You will be invited inside to see what a traditional house looks and how it works; the kitchen, eating and sleeping areas, as well as where foods such as Maize and Rice, and Wine are stored. Around their houses you will see many of their food staples being grown like, Manioc, Cashew, Banana, Pineapple, and Soursop.

Then we are off to beautiful Bousra Waterfall, a great place for a photo and a nice swim. In the dry season you can actually walk behind the falls. Bousra is composed of two drops, the first is about 17 metres high, and the second almost 50 metres.

From Bousra we head to the Coffee Plantation for lunch. We will eat in a hut overlooking a small lake, this is the place to try a delicious Ban Chow. A Rice Flour Pancake which is filled with Carrot, Onion, Bean Sprouts, and Chicken or Pork. You break off pieces of the Pancake with your hands then scoop up fresh herbs (Cilantro, Mint, Cashew Leaf, and more) and dip the whole thing in a Peanut Chili sauce. Maybe a Coffee with dessert? After lunch we tour the plantation, where in addition to Coffee they grow Pepper, Passion Fruit, Avocado, Durian, and Dragon Fruit.

Happily full, we are off to the top of the mountain to see the view of Senmonorom, then the Sea of Forest, an incredible place where it feels like you are at the top of the jungle. Our tour finishes here and we bring you back to your guest house.
