We will visit some of the best destinations in and around Kampot. First we are off to the La Plantation Pepper Farm to see how some of the worlds finest Pepper is grown. Then, we will visit the Pagoda of Traeuy Kaoh along the sea, to witness a blessing given by the monks. After that, it's off to explore the local market to shop and people watch.

Kampot and Around Half Day Private Tour

First up we will visit the La Plantation Pepper Farm. Started in 2013 by a French-Belgian couple. They made the observation that Cambodia is rich in high quality natural products that would be appreciated by fine food enthusiasts around the world. They also noted that although Cambodian farmers have a high level of expertise in traditional agricultural production methods, they did not have the knowledge or experience to access overseas markets.

Then it is off to the Pagoda of Traeuy Kaoh to learn about Buddhism and receive a blessing from a Buddhist monk. We will also visit the school attached to the Monastery.

Afterwards we explore the busy local market, built during the French Protectorate in an unusual style, then stroll along the riverfront, this is a great time to have an iced coffee.

Our tour comes to an end and our guide and driver will transfer you back to your hotel.
